The G series in-line engine (KT13G/KT15G) is improved by the SDEC on the basis of the G128 diesel engine that is unique for generator sets with major updates in motor high quality, trustworthiness, gasoline economic system, NVH and look. The KT15G engine’s stroke is prolonged to 165 mm. Most areas of the G series in-line engine are interchangeable with those of the G128 motor. Produced in accordance with the SDEC production requirements, the G series in-line engines is a first electrical power for generator sets of key electrical power of a hundred and sixty to 320 kW.
Δ Major Improvements
Adopted a non-quenched and tempered metal crankshaft for the KT15G engine, improved gaskets for all sealing regions, and modified gas injection pump link from push shaft structure to equipment connection in order to increase engine dependability.

Included oil separator and redesigned thermostat to improved software adaptability to areas of various ambient temperatures.
